CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Virginia Macro called meeting to order at 7:33 PM
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Mr. Les Clapp, 1722 Main Street
Ms. Mary Busky, 1803 Main Street
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Commissioner Fitzpatrick made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of December 14, 2007; seconded by Commissioner Macro approved unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
a. Chairperson Virginia Macro explained to the Town Council the request for Historic District Commission to hold an informational session and that the public hearing on the Historic District Commission ordinance was postponed until March 3, 2008 or about that time.
b. Discussed items added to new ordinance and issued raised by the public participation at the Town Council meeting.
c. Discussed the planned public informational meeting with public participants regarding what should be cover with the public at this meeting.
OLD BUSINESS
A meeting has not yet been scheduled with Mr. DiModungo in regards to his fence.
ADMINISTRATION
Motion by Walter Fitzpatrick, seconded by Peter Jennings, to postpone election of officials until the next (March 2008) Historic District Meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Fitzpatrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:58 p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Jennings; the motion carried unanimously.
