CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 8:09 p.m. and appointed Louise Evans to sit-in for Peter Jennings.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
A motion to approve the minutes of the Public Hearing and the Regular Meeting of June 10, 2014 with modifications was made by Gary Pitcock, seconded by Sandy Jeski. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
- Motion to approve Certificate of Appropriateness Application for a split rail fence, with the stipulation that the west side should be a more formal wood fence appropriate to a Greek Revival home at 1810 Main Street, was made by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Jeski. The motion was passed unanimously.
2) Motion to accept the revised by-laws as discussed and recorded was made by Commissioner Jeski, seconded by Commissioner Evans and approved unanimously.

A motion to adjourn was made at 9:07 pm by Commissioner FitzPatrick, seconded by Commissioner Jeski and approved unanimously.
