CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Virginia Macro, Sandra Jeski, Gary Pitcock, Walter FitzPatrick
Members absent: Peter Jennings
Alternates present: Louise Evans
Alternates absent: Caroline Taylor, Katherine Foley
Commissioner Evans was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
Chairperson Macro read the legal notice as it appeared in the Journal Inquirer.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Presentation of application for Certificate of Appropriateness for fencing at 1810 Main Street. Discussion included revising the street side fence to square picket versus split rail. The south and east sides would be a two rail split rail design.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion to close the Public Hearing was made at 8:07 p.m. by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Jeski and approved unanimously.
