MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING
SPRENKEL ROOM TOWN HALL January 2, 2014
ROLL CALL
Members present: Gary Pitcock, Walter FitzPatrick
Members absent: Peter Jennings, Sandra Jeski, Virginia Macro
Alternates present: Caroline Taylor
Alternates absent: Katherine Foley, Louise Evans
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Vice Chairperson FitzPatrick called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. and appointed Commissioner Taylor to sit for Commissioner Jeski.
NEW BUSINESS
- Motion by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Pitcock enter Executive Session at 5:03 p.m. to discuss pending resolution of the Cohn appeal. The motion carried unanimously.
- Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Taylor to exit Executive Session at 5:10 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
- Motion by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner FitzPatrick to accept the offer and wording (see attached Exhibit A) as proposed by Attorney Mark Branse for Jean Cohn, Robert Cohn and Cynthia St. Cyr as submitted with the agenda for this meeting held January 2, 2014. The motion was carried with a vote of 2 yeas: Commissioners FitzPatrick and Taylor, and 1 nay: Commissioner Pitcock.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made at 5:15 p.m. by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Pitcock and approved unanimously.
