CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Virginia Macro, Sandra Jeski, Gary Pitcock, Walter FitzPatrick
Members absent: Peter Jennings
Alternates present: Louise Evans, Katherine Foley
Alternates absent: Caroline Taylor
Commissioner Foley was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
Chairperson Macro read the legal notice as it appeared in the Journal Inquirer.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Applications for COA’s for James and Kathryn Kerrigan for installation of a Direct TV satellite dish on rear rooftop of house addition and for installation of a generator on north side of house at 1838 Main Street were read into the record. Mr. and Mrs. Kerrigan were not present.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion to close the Public Hearing was made at 7:55 p.m. by Commissioner Foley, seconded by Commissioner Pitcock and approved unanimously.
