CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

Members absent: Peter Jennings
Alternates present: Louise Evans
Alternates absent: Caroline Taylor, Katherine Foley
Louise Evans was appointed to sit for Peter Jennings.
Chairperson Macro read the legal notice that appeared in the Journal Inquirer on Tuesday, August 27, 2013.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
Cynthia St. Cyr and Jean Cohn presented plans for a new blacktop driveway entrance at the corner of the properties at 47 Ferry Lane and 35 Ferry Lane. Ms. Cohn reviewed the material submitted with the application. The proposed new driveway would be used by both parties and would require easements for its use as the drive would cross both property lines. Pictures of the property and other stone walls (one in the Historic District) were provided. No specific drawings or elevations of the proposed wall or driveway were presented.

Motion to close the Public Hearing was made at 8:25 p.m. by Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Jeski and approved unanimously.
