CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Virginia Macro, Sandra Jeski, Gary Pitcock
Members absent: Peter Jennings, Walter J. FitzPatrick
Alternates present: Louise Evans, Katherine Foley
Alternates absent: Caroline Taylor
Louise Evans was appointed to sit for Walter J. FitzPatrick and Katherine Foley to sit for Peter Jennings.
Chairperson Macro read the legal notice that appeared in the Journal Inquirer on Tuesday, June 25, 2013.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
1) Cynthia St. Cyr presented her plans for the installation of a new blacktop driveway and stone wall at the eastern corner of her property, which will overlap the property line of her neighbors to the east, Mr. and Mrs. Cohn at 35 Ferry Lane. The entrance/exit of the driveway is directly onto Ferry Lane would replace a series of cement steps.
Commissioner Pitcock chaired the remainder of the Public Hearing.
2) Anthony and Virginia Macro presented drawings of the proposed replacement door at 1828 Main Street. The door is wider than the existing door, but closer to the original from evidence in the building. Changes would include a six-paned transom light above the door.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion to close the Public Hearing was made at 8:13 p.m. by Commissioner Jeski, seconded by Commissioner Evans and approved unanimously.
