CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Jeski
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Foley
Alternates absent: Commissioner Taylor
Commissioner Evans was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jeski and Commissioner Foley was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
Chairperson Macro read the Public Hearing Notice as it was published in the Journal Inquirer on February 27, 2013.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Mr. LaFlamme and Dr.Carter presented plans for installation of a 32 foot long, 4 foot high wood picket fence along the south side of the rear ell structure. Also presented were plans for a small sign near the flag pole.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: None
CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Motion to close the Public Hearing was made by Commissioner FitzPatrick at 8:38 pm, seconded by Commissioner Macro and approved unanimously.
