CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock,
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Evans
Alternates absent: Commissioner Taylor
Commissioner Evans was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings. Commissioner Foley was appointed to sit for Commissioner Klein.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: none
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
- Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Foley was made to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on February 7, 2012, with the following revision: remove “illegal” from second bullet under Old Business. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
OLD BUSINESS:
- Commissioners reviewed the grading and planting plan submitted to Planning and Zoning by Mr. and Mrs. Neary for property located at 1576 Main Street.
- Historic Resources Inventory Phase III will have to be re-bid since the State will not allow the applicant to participate in the project.
- Commissioners reviewed the Demolition Delay Ordinance with particular attention to the timeline and determined that the Historic District Commission believes that with minor changes the timing can be complied with.

Commissioner FitzPatrick moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:52 pm; seconded by Commissioner Macro. The motion carried unanimously.
