CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm

Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick
Members absent: Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Foley
Alternates absent: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Taylor
Commissioner Foley was sitting for Commissioner Jennings.
READING OF LEGAL NOTICE
Chairperson Macro read the Public Hearing Notice as published in the Journal Inquirer.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Mr. Gregory Neary for: 1) a garage attached to the existing structure at 1576 Main Street, on the south side of the present garage; 2) a house with attached garage on an interior lot at 1576 Main Street. 1) Commissioners requested a scale elevation drawing of the existing structure including the addition of the proposed 1000 sq. ft. three car garage as viewed from the street. Mr. Neary chose not to provide such a drawing and decided not to build the garage. 2) Small adaptations to the proportions of the window and door treatments of the street facing façade of the new house, were proposed by the Commission in a drawing by Commission Consultant, Edward Sunderland. Mr. Neary was in favor of the adaptations presented.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
- Mr. Roger Carchrie-Feltus, 5 Old Parish Drive, whose property abuts 1576 Main Street to the east.
CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Motion to close the Public Hearing was made by Commissioner FitzPatrick at 8:03 pm, seconded by Commissioner Foley and approved unanimously.
