CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:37 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick
Members absent: Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: Commissioner Evans
Commissioner Foley was sitting for Commissioner Jennings and Commissioner Taylor was sitting for Commissioner Klein.
READING OF LEGAL NOTICE
Chairperson Macro read the Public Hearing Notice as published in the Journal Inquirer.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Mr. and Mrs. Linwood Addington for reconstruction of a collapsed barn at 1689 Main Street. The barn will be similar to the collapsed building and will be built on the existing foundation, extending south and slightly west of the standing barn. Exterior finish will be simulated texture 1-11, similar to the existing barn. Garage doors will be insulated metal overhead style. A side entrance door will have a window with simulated muntins. Windows will be double hung vinyl, matching the house. Roofing will be asphalt tab shingles, matching the current barn and house. HDC requested specifications on the garage and entrance doors.

Motion to close the Public Hearing was made by Commissioner Foley at 8:22 pm, seconded by Commissioner FitzPatrick and approved unanimously.
