CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Commissioner Pitcock called the meeting to order at 7:55 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Members absent: Commissioner FitzPatrick
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Taylor, Commissioner Foley
Alternates absent: None
Commissioner Evans was sitting for Commissioner FitzPatrick and Commissioner Foley was sitting for Commissioner Macro.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Foley was made to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on January 4, 2011. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Election of Officers: By consensus the current slate of officers was approved, Virginia Macro as Chairperson and Walter FitzPatrick as Vice-Chairperson/Clerk.
- After discussion of the Macro COA application for installation of 2 solar panels on the roof at the back of the house at 1828 Main Street, a motion was made by Commissioner Evans to approve the COA application. The motion was approved unanimously.
- Chair Macro requested volunteers to research requirements for becoming a Certified Local Government.
- Chair Macro asked Commissioner Foley to draft an application for demolition taking into consideration the restrictions in the Demolition Delay Ordinance.
OLD BUSINESS
- Chairperson Macro updated the Commission on the status of the Demolition Delay Ordinance, which needs revision and resubmission to the Town Council.
- James Sexton has completed Phase 2 of the Historic Resources Inventory.
- Chair Macro will start the application process for Phase 3 of Historic Resources Inventory

ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Jennings moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:40 pm; seconded by Commissioner Evans. The motion carried unanimously.
