CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:31 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: Commissioner Foley
Chairperson Macro appointed Commissioner Evans to sit for Commissioner Klein and Commissioner Taylor to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
READING OF LEGAL NOTICE
Chairperson Macro read the Public Hearing Notice as published in the Journal Inquirer.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Mr. and Mrs. Grover discussed their plans for the installation of a gravel driveway connector at 1752 Main Street. They showed a sample of the pea stone to be used on the connector.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
- Mr. Les Clapp, 1726 Main Street, South Windsor
CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Chairperson Macro made a motion to close the Public Hearing at 7:40 pm; seconded by Commissioner FitzPatrick. The motion carried unanimously.
