CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:36 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock,
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: None
Commissioner Taylor was appointed to sit for Commissioner Klein and Commissioner Foley was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Foley to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on September 7, 2010 and the minutes of the Public Hearing held on September 7, 2010. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
None
OLD BUSINESS
None
ADMINISTRATION:
- The Town Council Public Hearing for the Demolition Delay Ordinance has been postponed until November 15, 2010.
- The Historic District Commission requested that several members (at least one from each party) be invited to HDC’s next meeting to discuss the Demolition Delay Ordinance and specifically the 50 year threshold.
- The Historic Resources Inventory has not progressed in the last month. Chairperson Macro will contact the consultant to get the Draft Inventory Forms by the November meeting so that HDC can review them.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Taylor moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:46 pm; seconded by Commissioner Foley. The motion carried unanimously.
