CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock,
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans
Alternates absent: Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Taylor
Commissioner Evans was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner FitzPatrick to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on July 6, 2010 and the minutes of the Public Hearing held on July 6, 2010. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Motion to approve the COA application for window replacement by Mr. and Mrs. Habif at 1772 Main Street was made by Commissioner Evans and seconded by Commissioner Pitcock. The motion was approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
- Regarding the Historic Resource Survey, the consultant is scheduled to complete the forms and summary by the end of September.
- The Demolition Delay Ordinance was presented to the Town Council. A public hearing will be scheduled.
ADMINISTRATION:
- The October meeting date has been changed to Tuesday, October 19th. Notification will be sent.
- CT-DOT has provided GIS input from the Phase I Historic Resources Survey to overlay with the Town’s GIS system.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Evans moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:48 pm; seconded by Commissioner Pitcock. The motion carried unanimously.
