CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:42 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Klein
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings
Alternates present: Commissioner Foley
Alternates absent: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Taylor
Chairperson Macro appointed Commissioner Foley to serve in Commissioner Jennings’ place.
READING OF LEGAL NOTICE
Chairperson Macro read the Public Hearing Notice as published in the Journal Inquirer.
Administration of the meeting was then turned over to Commissioner FitzPatrick, Vice Chairperson.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Mr. Neary did not attend the hearing. Commissioners reviewed his application.
- Chairperson Macro presented and explained photos of the stairs, railings and metal hatch that have been replaced due to deterioration.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Commissioner Foley made a motion to adjourn the Public Hearing at 7:56 pm; seconded by Commissioner Pitcock. The motion carried unanimously.
