CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:34 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Jennings
Members absent: Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: none
Chairperson Macro appointed Alternate Taylor to serve in Commissioner Klein’s place.
READING OF LEGAL NOTICE
Chairperson Macro read the Public Hearing Notice from the Journal Inquirer dated May 26, 2010.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Mr. Gregory Neary for replacement of windows, doors, gutters, leaders, facia boards, garage doors, railing posts/rails and addition of cupola on garage at 1576 Main Street. Mr. Neary also asked whether a COA would be required for the placement of a mini-barn he plans to move from his previous house. The Commission said that it would require the submission of an application for a COA.

CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Commissioner FitzPatrick made a motion to adjourn the Public Hearing at 7:50 pm; seconded by Commissioner Jennings. The motion carried unanimously.
