CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm

Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner FitzPatrick,
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: Commissioner Evans
Commissioner Macro appointed Commissioner Foley to sit for Commissioner Jennings and Commissioner Taylor to sit for Commissioner Klein.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Foley to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on February 2, 2010. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
None
OLD BUSINESS:
Chairperson Macro reported that final drawings for the D’Aiello’s modifications are not available as of this date.
The Demolition Delay Ordinance is scheduled for presentation to the Town Council at their March 15, 2010 meeting. The commissioners reviewed a draft summary of the ordinance and agreed it’s a starting point for discussion.
ADMINISTRATION:
Chairperson Macro stated that there was no update available on the Historic Resources Inventory and that the draft forms are being prepared by Mr. Sexton.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Taylor moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:43 pm; seconded by Commissioner FitzPatrick. The motion carried unanimously.
