CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Jennings to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on January 5, 2010. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
None
OLD BUSINESS:
Modifications recommended by HDC consultant, Edward Sunderland, were discussed with the D’Aiellos. A letter documenting HDC’s position on changes necessary for a COA will be sent.
The draft Demolition Delay Ordinance was reviewed and a final version agreed to for submittal to the Town Attorney. The Ordinance is scheduled to be presented to the Town Council at their February 16, 2010 meeting.
ADMINISTRATION:
Chairperson Macro advised that the consultant for the Historic Resources Inventory is preparing 20 draft forms for HDC review.

Commissioner FitzPatrick moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:43 pm; seconded by Commissioner Jennings. The motion carried unanimously.
