CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:34 pm

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Jennings to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on December 1, 2009. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
None
OLD BUSINESS:
Chairperson Macro reported on a discussion with HDC consultant, Ed Sunderland, regarding advising Mr. and Mrs. D’Aiello on final windows and trim. Chairperson Macro will also write a letter to Mr. and Mrs. D’Aiello requesting they have Mr. Sunderland review the conceptual drawings before final drawings are submitted for approval.
Chairperson Macro reported that there has not been any progress with the consultant involved in the Historic Resources Survey.
Commissioners to receive, review and comment on the proposed Demolition Delay Town Ordinance which will be revised for discussion at the next meeting.
ADMINISTRATION:
Motion made by Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Jennings to re-nominate the same slate of officers, and approved unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Pitcock moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 pm; seconded by Commissioner Jennings. The motion carried unanimously.
