MINUTES REGULAR MEETING
CAUCUS ROOM TOWN HALL November 4, 2009
Members present: Chairperson Virginia Macro, Walter J. FitzPatrick, Gary Pitcock,
Members absent: Peter Jennings
Alternates present: Katherine Foley, Jean Klein, Louise Evans
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 8:32 pm and appointed Louise Evans to sit for Peter Jennings and Jean Klein fill the vacant commissioner’s position.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
A motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting on October 6, 2009 as amended: Under “Call Meeting to Order” was added “and Jean Klein to replace Edwina Futtner” and under “New Business” was removed “Louise Evans is her replacement,” was made by Commissioner Klein, seconded by Commissioner Evans. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
A motion was made by Commissioner FitzPatrick and seconded by Commissioner Klein for Chairperson Macro to write a letter to the D’Aiello’s prior to considering the COA, requesting additional detail on siding, doors, windows and drawings of the addition and existing structure. The motion carried unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Chairperson Macro updated the Commission on the latest changes to the List of Properties for Phase II of the Historic Resources Inventory.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made at 10:10 pm by Commissioner FitzPatrick, seconded by Chairperson Macro and approved unanimously.
