CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the Public Hearing to order at 7:40 PM. and appointed Jean Klein as a regular member of the Commission.

READING OF LEGAL NOTICE
Chairperson Macro read the Public Hearing notice published in the Journal Inquirer on February 24, 2009.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPIATENESS
1) Feline and Patrick O’Gorman for replacement windows and door per submittal documents at 1810 Main Street, South Windsor, CT. Mrs. O’Gorman described the Palmer windows to be used and their placement.

A motion to adjourn was made at 7:56 PM by Commissioner Walter Fitzpatrick, seconded by Commissioner Jean Klein and approved unanimously.

CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:57 PM. and appointed Jean Klein as a regular member of the Commission.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
A motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting on January 6, 2009, was made by Gary Pitcock, seconded by Jean Klein. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
1) A motion to approve the O’Gorman application for Certificate of Appropriateness as submitted was made by Gary Pitcock, seconded by Jean Klein and approved unanimously.
2.) Reviewed the contiguous properties, 100 quantity to be surveyed for Phase II. Basically includes the boundary of Sullivan Avenue to Manchester and West to Main Street per detailed list.
OLD BUSINESS
None
ADMINISTRATION
1) Discussed and agreed on a Historic District Commission Letter of Support for Podunck Farms, a therapeutic facility for disabled.
2) The consultant for the Phase II Resource Survey should prioritize the Long Hill properties, due to the imminent development.
