CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:37 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick
Members absent: Commissioner Klein, Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Pitcock
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Foley (arrived late)
Alternates absent: Commissioner Taylor
Commissioner Evans was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings.
Chairperson Macro read the Public Hearing Notice as it was published in the Journal Inquirer on May 30, 2012.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Mr. and Mrs. Fraize, representing Hartford Evergreen Lodge, presented the sidewalk and fence plan for the COA application for property located at 1559 Old Main Street. A flag pole was also proposed for the north side of the building, approximately in line with the current sign.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: none
CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Motion to close the Public Hearing was made by Commissioner FitzPatrick at 7:55 pm, seconded by Commissioner Evans and approved unanimously.
