CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:40 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
A motion to approve the minutes of the Regular meeting held on November 6, 2007 was made by Edwina Futtner, seconded by Gary Pitcock. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
None
OLD BUSINESS
a) Chairperson Macro reported that the Open Space Task Force met to review and
rate the property on the corner of Route 5 and Sullivan Avenue. There was also a Town Council meeting at which they were receptive to keeping this parcel as "Open Space".
b) Chairperson Macro reported that Mr. Louis DiModugno would not appear tonight,
but, that he did contact the Town Attorney and was advised to contact the Historic District Commission for resolution of his side yard fence.
ADMINISTRATION
a) Chairperson Macro showed a bound copy of the Historic Resources Survey, but indicated that there were typographical errors to be corrected prior to final publication.
b) It was agreed that the Guidelines should be named "Historic District
Handbook".
c) The next meeting will be January 8, 2008.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made at 9:00 PM by Commissioner Fitzpatrick, seconded by Commissioner Futtner and approved unanimously.
