CALL MEETING TO ORDER

Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner Pitcock,
Commissioner Fitzpatrick, Commissioner Paul Oates
Alternates present: Commissioner Klein
Members absent: Commissioner Burnham, Commissioner Futtner
Alternates absent: Commissioner Jennings
Commissioner Klein was appointed to replace Commissioner Burnham before Commissioner Oates arrived.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
Ms. Dana Bugl is interested in purchasing the “Skinner House” and in an informal discussion outlined the need for improvements to the rear “ell.” It was recommended that she discuss the matter with our consultant, Edward Sunderland.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES PREVIOUS MEETING OF:
Commissioner Klein made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of March 6, 2007, seconded by Commissioner Pitcock; the motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
OLD BUSINESS:
Chairperson Macro to review the Ordinance Guidelines, and statues (by laws) to make sure all are aligned. She is working with the Town Attorney for the Demolition Delay Ordinance as well as the Historic Property Ordinance.

Commissioner Fitzpatrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:50p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Klein; the motion carried unanimously.
