CALL MEETING TO ORDER

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES PREVIOUS MEETING OF:
Commissioner Pitcock made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of December 5, 2006; seconded by Commissioner Burnham; the motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
A.) Discussion of the Shed constructed at the Bellizzi residence resulted in a request for the Chairperson to contact the Building Department and determine if an application and/or variance was applied for or is required.
B.) Edwina Futtner motioned that Virginia macro be re-elected as Chairperson and Walter Fitzpatrick as Vice-Chairman/Secretary. Seconded by Gary Pitcock. Passed unaminously.
OLD BUSINESS:
A.) Chairperson Macro reported that the final Historic Resources Survey Forms are being reviewed and should be corrected by Commissioners as soon as possible in order to complete this phase and start the second phase.
ADMINISTRATION
A.) Chairperson Macro informed the commission that a leadership round table will take place January 10, 2007 at the Town Garage. She invites participation and recommendation for comments to be made.
B.) Chairperson Macro reported that CT Circuit Rider Program discussed a possibility.
C.) Committee Member discussed the benefit of an Annual Walkdown of the Historic District.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Futtner made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:45p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Burnham; the motion carried unanimously.
