NEW BUSINESS
Motion to: approve the Certificate of Appropriateness applications submitted by Mr. & Mrs. D’Aiello for the front and side storm door as well as the outdoor lights pending concurrence of Historic District Commission consultant and review of final specifications for these items.

ADMINISTRATION
1. Chairperson Macro, reported discussions with the Planning and Zoning Commission which indicated that their regulations would be reworded to include Historic presentation considerations (where applicable) which could be expressed by the Historic District Commission during reviews of applications by Planning and Zoning.
2. It was discussed that Mr. Henderson has paved his driveway. The commission recommends that a letter be sent requesting that Mr. Henderson contact the Historic District Commission regarding their plans and the necessity for a Certificate of Appropriateness application.
