1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.

3. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
A motion to approve the minutes of the July 6, 2004 Public Hearing was made by Commissioner Pitcock. Commissioner Tarr seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved. A motion to approve the minutes of July 6, 2004 Regular meeting was made by Commissioner Pitcock. Commissioner Tarr seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.
5. NEW BUSINESS
None
6. OLD BUSINESS
a) James Packer and Martin McGrath discussed options for developing their property at the intersection of Sullivan Avenue and Route # 5. They proposed reducing the scale of the development to four units in two buildings. Discussion of the issue had to be tabled since the Library closed at 9:00 p.m. Consideration will resume at the
October meeting.
b) Review of the driveway lights at 1540 Main Street was also tabled until the leaves are off the trees.
7. ADMINISTRATION
Chairperson Macro announced the educational Forum to discuss the Connecticut Metropatterns, a report will be held in the Town Council Chambers on Thursday, October 14th at 7:00 p.m.
8. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
