CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:28 PM.

Members absent: Vice Chairperson Brady
Alternates present: Commissioner Fitzpatrick, Commissioner Jennings, and Commissioner Klein.

None
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
A motion to amend the minutes of May 4, 2004 Regular meeting was made by Commissioner Burnham. The Chairperson seconded the motion, and approved unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
After discussion of the Public Hearing, it was decided that the Historic District Commission will view the proposed locations for an above ground pool at 1803 Main Street from the Soccer Field at Ellsworth School and Main Street. The Chairperson will inform Mary Busky of the Historic District Commission intention.
6. OLD BUSINESS
In an informal presentation, Mr. Walter Kebalo from KF Realty, discussed once again his plans for a senior residence development. He stated that the possible senior residence development has been reduced from eight units to six units. Each three unit structure would be configured to look like single family homes. Another possible use considered is for an appropriate medical building, which would require a zoning change.
During discussion, following the presentation, the Historic District Commission is still concerned about the issues of density, parking as well as the detailed architectural features.
7. ADMINISTRATION
Chairperson Macro noted that she would try to reschedule a workshop meeting with Mary Donohue, State Historic Commission for a Thursday in June.
It was suggested that the Historic District Commission minutes of meetings should only be posted on the Town web site after approval.
8. ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Commissioner Fitzpatrick at 10:35 p.m. Commissioner Jennings seconded the motion.
