Minutes~~~ Caucus Room~
1.~~~~ Call Meeting to Order:
- Meeting commenced at approximately 7:55PM.
2.~~~~~Roll Call:
- Members present: Wayne McKinney. Viney Wilson, Walt FitzPatrick;
- Members absent: Art Utay, Peter Jennings,
3.~~~~ Public Participation:
- Ginny Macro – Chairperson, Historic District Commission
4.~~~~ Approval of Minutes:
5.~~~~ New Business
- Motion by Member McKinney, seconded by Member Wilson that the temporary DDC By-laws require a quorum of three members present to hold a meeting and that voting decisions require a majority of the members present. The motion was approved unanimously.
- Motion by Member McKinney, seconded by Member Wilson nominating Walter FitzPatrick as Chairperson. Member FitzPatrick accepted on an acting/temporary basis. The motion was approved unanimously.
- Motion by Member FitzPatrick, seconded by Member Wilson that the house on the property at 1146 Main Street, for which an application for demolition was submitted, be preliminarily determined as a Significant Structure in order to proceed with further evaluation. The motion was approved unanimously.

- The following procedural tasks were discussed and responsibilities assigned as a follow on to previous generic efforts and specifically supporting the 1146 Main St. application:
1) Letter notification to SWHS, SWHDC, Town Historian, & abutters – Viney Wilson; 2) Legal Notices for Intent and Public Hearing – Ginny Macro;
3) Signs for Intent and Public Hearing – Walt FitzPatrick;
4) Report of Determination of Significant Structure to Building Official – Wayne McKinney.
