DEMOLITION DELAY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
October 3, 2013
1.~~~~ Call Meeting to Order:
The Demolition Delay Committee meeting was called to order by Chair Art Utay at 7:34 pm.
2.~~~~~Roll Call:
- Members present: Art Utay, Virginia Macro, Walter FitzPatrick, Viney Wilson and Wayne McKinney
- Members absent: none
3.~~~~ Public Participation:
4.~~~~ Approval of Minutes:
- Motion by member McKinney, seconded by member Utay, was made to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on September 5, 2013. The motion carried unanimously.
5.~~~~ Old Business:
1146 Main Street ~ no additional information was presented.
1049 John Fitch Blvd. ~ still within the 60 day limit
1468 Sullivan Avenue ~ no communication regarding this property. We still have not received permission to enter the building and the overgrown shrubbery in the front of the house has not yet been removed. Art will remind the owner to please move forward with the cleaning up and removing this shrubbery for safety reasons as well as access to the property
7.~~~~ Administration
- The next regular Demolition Delay Committee meeting will be November 7
- The regular meeting following that will be December 5

- Member Fitzpatrick moved to adjourn at 9:45 pm. Second by member McKinney. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
