Notice is hereby given that the South Windsor Town Council has set Monday, May 16, 2011, at 7:15 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut as the time and place for a Public Hearing to receive citizen input on the conveyance of approximately 2.24 acres of property, subject to existing utility easements, located southeasterly of John Fitch Boulevard which is more fully described in attached Exhibit A., a copy of which is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, to Connecticut Studios LLC or its designee.

B. Resolution Approving a Refund of Taxes to One (1) South Windsor Taxpayers

BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby approves a refund of property taxes to one (1) South Windsor Taxpayers, the total of said refund being $2,950.90, and as more fully described on attached Exhibit A.
C. Resolution Referring the Possible Conveyance of Property to Connecticut Studios LLC or Its Designee, to the Planning & Zoning Commission Pursuant to Section 8-24 of the Connecticut General Statutes

BE IT RESOLVED, that the possible conveyance of approximately 2.24 acres of property, subject to existing utility easements, located southeasterly of John Fitch Boulevard, to Connecticut Studios LLC or its designee, be referred to the South Windsor Planning & Zoning Commission for consideration in accordance with the requirements of Section 8-24 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
D. Resolution Adopting the Budget for the Special Revenue Recreation Fund for Fiscal Year 2011/2012

BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby adopts a Special Revenue Recreation Fund Budget with expenditures totaling $_________________; commencing on July 1, 2011, and terminating on June 30, 2012.

BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council adopts a General Government Budget with expenditures totaling $__________________, for the Fiscal Year commencing on July 1, 2011, and terminating on June 30, 2012, a copy of which Budget is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk.

BE IT RESOLVED that the tax rate of _______ mills be levied on the Grand List of October 1, 2010 based upon Total Revenues excluding current taxes of $_____________________, which includes an appropriation from Fund Balance in the amount of $___________________ to finance total expenditures of $____________________ made up of a Board of Education Budget of $64,000,027 and a General Government Budget of $_________________, both of which have been adopted by the South Windsor Town Council, and exhibits of which are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk for the Fiscal Year commencing on July 1, 2011, and terminating on June 20, 2012.
G. Resolution Appointing a Rate Maker for Fiscal Year 2011/2012 and the Tabling of Same
