PURPOSE: To receive citizen input on an appropriation of $45,000 from the Capital and Non-Recurring Expenditure Account to fund replacement of an Air Conditioning Chiller Condenser at Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue; and to fund replacement of three Water Source Heat Pumps at the Police Department, 151 Sand Hill Road.
Mayor Streeter called the Public Hearing to order at 7:30 p.m.; and requested that the Clerk of the Council read the call of the meeting (a copy of which is attached hereto). There were approximately twenty-eight (28) people present in the audience.
Mayor Streeter asked if there was anyone from the public that would like to speak, there was none.
Mayor Streeter explained that if these items are not repaired and something fails, the Town could be heavily fined by OSHA.
As is the custom, the Mayor asked for a show of hands for a straw vote on the proposal. The results were as follows:

The public hearing was closed at 7:34 p.m.
