1. Call Meeting to Order
Mayor Streeter called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. Immediately recessed the Regular Meeting and then reconvened the Regular Meeting at 11:00 p.m.

5. Public Input
Mrs. Joan Walsh of addressStreet17-2 Arthur Drive came before the Town Council on behalf of the Democratic Committee to first give the Committee’s condolences to the Fine family and also let the public know that there would be a testimonial dinner for Town Manager Matthew Galligan, former Town Attorney Barry Guliano and Marge Anthony on May 24, 2007 at Maneeley’s. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Anyone with questions should call Joan Walsh at 644-6000.
Mr. Daniel Jeski of 70 Mohegan Trail came before the Town Council to explain that there has been a scholarship created under Marge Anthony’s name which will be awarded to a High School Senior on a yearly basis. Anyone who wishes to contribute to the fund, please contact Joan Walsh at 644-6000.
Deputy Mayor Delnicki made a motion to extend the meeting past 11:00 p.m. to handle Items 16A, 16B, 17E and 21; Councillor Pelkey seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously.
16. Unfinished Business
A. Resolution Reappointing Mark Abrahamson (D) as an Alternate to the Board of Assessment Appeals
BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council reappoints Mark Abrahamson as an Alternate to the Board of Assessment Appeals for a term ending November 30, 2010.

The motion was: Approved, unanimously
B. Resolution Appointing Kent Carlson (D) a Member of the Patriotic Commission
BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council Apponts Kent Carlson (D) a Member to the Patriotic Commission to fill a vacancy that expire on August 31, 2005 for a term ending August 31, 2008.

17. New Business
E. Resolution Approving a Refund of Property Taxes to twenty-one (21) placeSouth Windsor Taxpayers
BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council approves a refund of property taxes to twenty-one (21) South Windsor Residents, the total of said refunds being $13,717.72, and as more fully described on attached Exhibit A.

21. Executive Session
Deputy Mayor Delnicki made a motion to go into Executive Session at 11:05 p.m. to discuss a personnel issue; Councillor McCann seconded the motion; the motion was approved unanimously.
The Executive Session and the Regular Meeting adjourned at 11:20 p.m.
