PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
APRIL 16, 2007
7:45 P.M.
SOUTH WINDSOR COUNCIL CHAMBERS
PURPOSE: TO RECEIVE CITIZEN INPUT ON THE PROPOSED “ORDINANCE ADOPTING AND ENACTING REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE RESTRICTIVE USE OF FIRE LANES
The Public Hearing was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Mayor Matthew Streeter. The Clerk of the Council read the Call of the Meeting (Exhibit A). The following Town Council members were present: Mayor Matthew Streeter, Deputy Mayor Thomas Delnicki, and Councillors Havens, McCann, Moriarty, Pelkey, Prague, and Yagaloff. Town Manager Matthew B. Galligan was also present. There were approximately twelve (12) people in the audience.
Mayor Streeter called for a Straw Vote of the audience, the results of which were as follows:
All those in favor of the proposed Ordinance - 8
All those opposed to the proposed Ordinance - 0
The Public Hearing was closed at 7:49 p.m.
