1. Call Meeting to Order
Mayor Havens called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. Executive Session -
Councillor Fine moved to go into Executive Session to discuss Town Manager Matthew Galligan’s and Town Attorney Barry Guliano’s Evaluations. The Motion was seconded by Deputy Mayor Pelkey; and was approved, unanimously.
4 Motion to Adjourn
A Motion to adjourn the Work Session was made at 8:00 p.m., was duly seconded and approved, unanimously.
