1. Call Meeting to Order
Mayor Havens called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Also Present: Town Manager Matthew B. Galligan
Town Attorney Barry Guliano
3. Executive Session - To discuss Town Attorney’s Evaluation; and union negotiations.
At 7: 05 p.m., a Motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pelkey to go into Executive Session to discuss the Town Attorney’s Evaluation; and union negotiations. The Motion was seconded by Councillor Delnicki; and was approved, unanimously.
The Members of the Town Council returned to the Chambers at approximately 7:45 p.m., following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
4. Motion to Adjourn
At 7:55 p.m., Deputy Mayor Pelkey moved to adjourn the Work Session. The Motion was seconded by Councillor Delnicki; and approved, unanimously.
