At 7: 15 p.m., Deputy Mayor Pelkey moved to go into Executive Session to discuss pending claims and litigation. The Motion was seconded by Councillor Aman; and was approved, unanimously.

A Motion to Adjourn the Work Session was made by Deputy Mayor Pelkey at 8:05 p.m.; was seconded by Councillor Streeter; and approved, unanimously.
