Mayor Havens called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

4. Executive Session
Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss a matter relating to statements of strategy or negotiations with respect to collective bargaining and discussion of potential claims or litigation regarding bids.
Made by Deputy Mayor Pelkey; seconded by Councillor Delnicki; and approved, unanimously.
5. Adjournment
Motion to adjourn was made at 7:55 p.m.; seconded; and approved, unanimously.
