1. Call Meeting to Order
Mayor Aman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. Public Participation - None
4. Executive Session
A Motion was made to go into Executive Session to discuss pending claims and litigation regarding “Evergreen Walk;” and to receive Town Attorney Periodic Update on Status of all Town litigation The Motion was duly seconded; and approved, unanimously.
5. Adjournment
A Motion to adjourn the Work Session was made at 7:45 p.m., was duly seconded, and approved, unanimously.
