SOUTH WINDSOR TOWN COUNCIL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS

PURPOSE: TO RECEIVE CITIZEN INPUT ON THE EXPENDITURE OF $6,300 FROM THE CAPITAL NON-RECURRING EXPENDITURES ACCOUNT FOR ADDITIONAL DECK INSTALLATION AT VETERANS’ MEMORIAL PARK POOL.
The Public Hearing was called to order at 7:35 p.m. There were approximately 4 people present in the audience. The Clerk of the Council read the Call of the Meeting (a copy of which is attached hereto).

Public Hearing – Additional Deck Installation at VMP Pool

Using a map to indicate the specific area being addressed, Director of Public Works Michael Gantick explained that there has been a lot of activity there and that this past year a temporary deck had been installed. It was felt that a permanent extension of the deck should exist in the area, which would involve adding about 700 square feet of deck.
There being no one who wished to speak, Mayor Aman called for a Roll Call vote, the results of which were as follows:
Those in favor of the additional deck installation - 1
Those opposed to the additional deck installation - 0
The Public Hearing was closed at 7:40 p.m.
