The Town Clerk will be conducting the official testing of the ImageCast vote tabulating machine on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 10 a.m. Each time before an election, a testing of 50 ballots is done. 50 ballots (a “test deck”) are filled in in various ways and run through the machine, and the results tabulated as a test of
the machine.
Chairs of town political parties have been notified, and members of the public are welcome to attend.
