The Montachusett Regional Planning Commission (MRPC) and its consultant, Mullin Associates have completed the Economic Impact of Devens (EID) report. We would like to thank more than 100 stakeholders that contributed to the expedited public input and report assembly period that took place in May and June of this year. MRPC would like to especially thank the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for making the funds available to the MRPC for completing this project and the State’s Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (HED) and its Office of
