Barbara updated the BOS on the status of the current Cell Tower litigation. They discussed the pros and cons of mediation. The BOS asked Barbara to see if Insite would be agreeable to mediation.
Barbara informed the BOS that there would be a cost associated with mediation and that she would like to use REBA in Boston.

Move to authorize Town Counsel to start the mediation process.
