- Public hearing: Petition of Clear Wireless, LLC seeking a Variance from the minimum rear yard requirement and to extend a nonconforming structure (to add a cabinet and lease area) to the property located at 52-60 Dow Street [R-3].
- Public hearing: Petition of John Januario seeking a variance from the minimum depth of side yard requirement to add an elevator to the property located at 15 Jackson Street [R-2].
