1.      Continued Petition of AAA Enterprises & Services requesting a Special Permit to allow a portion of the premises to be used for earth processing activities for the property located     at 15 ROBINSON ROAD – BPD DISTRICT.

2.      Petition of Richard Griffin, requesting a Variance from front and rear setbacks, lot coverage and off-street parking requirements to allow construction of a two (2) unit residential           building for the property located at 32 PALMER STREET– R-2 DISTRICT.

2.      Petition of T. William Smith requesting a Variance from side and rear setbacks to allow an accessory structure (deck) to be within five (5) feet of the property line for the property  located at 17 HIGH STREET – R-2 DISTRICT.
