Schedule Strategic Plan Retreat -- Essex County Community Foundation Friday, October 4 and Friday, November 8, 9:30am - 5:30pm
Confirm Board calendar and add in more time for committee work
Code of Conduct Revisions (VOTE needed)
Schedule Board/Staff Party at Ed's house

Committee Work Plans
Roles: Clarify Board member responsibilities, Chair and Committee Chair responsibilities. Clarify committee membership - Do we have the right committees?
Committee Management: Create Action Plans and SMART Goals for each committee for 2014.
Recruit New Members
Confirm Mr. Torellos Membership
Confirm Ms. Amarals membership and file forms
Replace Ms. Lipinski plus three new members
Principal Yurwitz Evaluation for 2013 (both Management and School Leader Evaluations)
