Public Meeting to Present Findings for the City of Salem Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment and Adaptation Plan

The City of Salem and CDM Smith will present the findings and engage the public about the recently completed Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment and Adaptation Plan. This public meeting concludes a two-year study that assesses Salem’s various vulnerabilities to Climate Change and the possible mitigation strategies that will help the community be more resilient and prepared for changing climate stressors.

All are welcome to attend to provide input on the field design, which is being developed by the landscape architectural firm hired as part of the grant. This meeting will be held Monday, December 15th at 6:00 p.m. at the Salem Five Community Room, 210 Essex Street.
