- Plan for allocating balance of $2500 RETF fund after Kill-a-Watts and IR Thermometers are purchased for library; by law it can go back into the general fund as of 6/30; Jeff Barz-Snell has proposed spending approx. $1,000 on an anemometer and pole so that we can do a rough assessment of wind resources at various locations
