Project:        Continuation of the public hearing for a petition requesting a Planned Unit Development Special Permit, Site Plan Review, and a Flood Hazard District Special Permit for the demolition of the existing Marina Building and the redevelopment of that site to include an expansion of the existing Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites with associated parking and landscaping, and off-site parking at 13-15 Herbert Street and 25 Peabody Street.

  • Discussion & vote on a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed amendment to the City of Salem Zoning Ordinance to add a definition for “Brewery, Distillery, or Winery with a Tasting Room” and “Tasting Room” under Section 10; and to amend the Table of Principal and Accessory Use Regulations under Section 3.0 to add a new “Brewery, Distillery, or Winery with Tasting Room” use, to be allowed by-right in I and BPD zones, and by special permit of the Board of Appeals in the B1, B2, B4, and B5 zones.
